Then we are in constant development, constant progress, continuous sanctification, and continuous transformation into the image of Christ. It is possible for everyone to walk in this truth, so that it can set us free from sin — both the consequences of it and its power over us.
John God loves all of us and is rich enough for everyone who calls on Him. The Holy Spirit — a. The more willing, obedient, and quick to acknowledge the truth we are, the quicker our progress will be. And what will the result of loving the truth be? That we are transformed from who we are by nature, and the life of Jesus will be manifested in us. When we judge ourselves, and by faith we put to death whatever the truth has shown us about ourselves, then by faith we are transformed into the image of His glory.
The words "I am"
There is no reason to ever be discouraged when we see the truth about ourselves, no matter what we see. Instead we can be filled with hope, because we know that the Spirit of truth is also the Spirit of power, and through Him we are able to overcome all things that stand between us and our goal of being like Christ. And those things that the truth showed us about ourselves can be gone from our lives forever!
We can only be saved and sanctified to the same degree that we love the truth. Without first seeing it, we cannot be purified from it. The result will be glorious when the truth has liberated and saved us!

Teaching in the temple, a woman caught in adultery was brought to Jesus. As the accusers attempted to trick Jesus by asking if He thought the woman should be stoned, Jesus mutely wrote in the sand. The accusers evaporated and the embarrassed woman was set free with forgiveness and the admonition to turn away from the darkness.
Now, turning to the remaining assembled people, Jesus tells them that He is the Light of the world. Jesus, as the Light of the world, offers a choice between the darkness of sin and the glistening light of a life in His presence.

In John 10, Jesus tapped into something familiar to each of His listeners—shepherding. Likely, the bleats of nearby sheep echoed behind Him as He spoke. Anyone sneaking into a sheepfold by any means than the door was not there legitimately. The only legitimate access to the sheep was through the door. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. Jesus is the Door and so much more.
Did Jesus Ever Say He was God?
He is the Shepherd—the One whose voice the sheep know and trust. The Shepherd will protect and save the sheep at any cost. Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this? Jesus has arrived too late—their brother Lazarus is dead. But Jesus has other, more immediate plans for Lazarus.
Jesus, the Resurrection and the Life, will raise all who believe in the last days, just as He raised Lazarus. Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. He warned them—on multiple occasions—but they could not seem to accept it. As they struggled with this, Jesus helped them to see the Father and to understand that they were one. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
As Jesus spoke, the vines hung heavy with ripened fruit throughout the region.
