The clay material of management is subjectivity. Management is emotional, social, spiritual, political and rational. Therefore, any approach to study management should reflect this complexity and diversity. The current Cartesian scientific paradigm may be necessary, but not sufficient, in understanding management — it only addresses the rational element of management.
